Light the Light ... Walk the Hope!
Keep the flame burning in these difficult times. Give the gift of hope this holiday season by joining us in "Walk the Hope." Enjoy the ambiance of the "Fabulous Forties" while you stroll by candlelight through this magically decorated neighborhood. Holiday treats will be served along the way as you pause to enjoy groups of holiday singers. Ask your family and friends to support you in your walk and share the spirit of the season. This will be a wonderful event in which to involve your children.

The state budget is due in California by January 10 each
year. The Governor presents his budget which goes to the Legislature
for discussion, debate, hearings and a final vote which is due
by June 15. As the legislature debates the state budget, you can
see what your own choices would be for California income and expenses.
